Per richieste relative ai dati personali scrivi a info@stagevisiongroup.com oppure utilizza il Contact form, specifying “Privacy request”. You can request information without creating an account.

2. What data we use and why

Acknowledging the privacy notice in forms is not consent to receive advertising. The forms do not subscribe you to newsletters or activate marketing campaigns. No decisions with legal effects are made solely through automated processing: accounts are approved by the owner.

3. Required and optional data

Fields marked as required are needed to respond to your request or open your account. Without this data, the requested function cannot be completed. Other fields may be left blank. Do not include special-category data, identity documents or third-party information that is not needed for the work in your messages.

4. Personal area and audiovisual materials

Client area projects are separate from the public portfolio. Application access to materials and conversations is restricted to the assigned client and the owner. Internal notes are not shown on the client’s page. Registration requires email confirmation followed by approval; suspended accounts cannot access deliveries.

Images of people filmed during an event may constitute personal data. Roles and instructions for commissioned productions depend on the assignment: this website notice does not replace agreements with the organizer, notices for people being filmed or permissions required for publication. Private materials are not automatically published in the portfolio.

Reviews and profile photos

Leaving a review is optional and does not affect the service. Only registered, active accounts can submit one. The text, name or nickname and selected photo become public after approval; your email and personal area details are not displayed. Photos are stored on the website, without being retrieved from Gravatar or other services. A new photo does not replace the photo in an already approved review: new publication requires fresh moderation.

You can withdraw and delete your reviews, or remove your photo from your profile and all your reviews, on the Testimonials page. You can also request these actions from the controller. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Copies already downloaded by other visitors, search engines and backups may follow different update schedules.

5. Who may receive the data

Data may be processed by the controller, technical hosting and email providers, professionals assisting with compliance and, where needed for a specific assignment, external collaborators with access limited to their assigned tasks. Data may be disclosed to authorities when required by law. The website is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure; relationships with providers must be governed according to their actual roles.

Direct portal files are stored outside the website’s public folder. For Google Drive or WeTransfer, a link is displayed in the project: opening it takes you to the external service, subject to its terms and sharing settings. Avoid forwarding private links.

6. External services and transfers

Pages do not automatically load third-party video players, maps or marketing tools. A link to YouTube, Vimeo, Drive or WeTransfer opens the service only when you choose it. The provider may receive connection data and process it under its own privacy notice.

Hosting, email or external delivery services may involve infrastructure and subcontractors outside the European Economic Area. For processing entrusted by the controller, any transfers must be assessed and based on the conditions in Chapter V GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, with the measures required in the specific case. Information about providers used for a particular assignment may be requested from the controller. Hostinger contractual information.

7. How long data is kept

  • New form requests: the website copy is deleted 12 months after receipt. If an assignment follows, the data needed for the relationship and applicable obligations is managed in the relevant documentation. Email copies follow the controller’s correspondence management practices.
  • Unapproved registration requests: 30 days. The email confirmation link is valid for 48 hours; the anti-spam code is valid for 10 minutes.
  • Profile, projects and chat: for as long as needed to manage the relationship, delivery and agreed support. The need to retain them must be reviewed at least annually, removing data that is no longer useful.
  • Reviews: published reviews remain visible until you withdraw them or the owner removes them; pending or unapproved reviews are deleted after 90 days. You can delete your reviews and photo at any time. Your profile photo is kept until you remove it or delete your account. Any disputes are assessed separately by the controller.
  • Administrative documents: for the periods required by applicable obligations and, where necessary, to protect rights. Copies in the client area do not constitute statutory tax record retention.
  • Download history: 180 days. The start of a download is recorded, not its completion.
  • Incomplete uploads: removed by the daily check once they are more than 24 hours old. Anti-abuse limits are short-lived, generally ranging from a few minutes to an hour.

Scheduled checks are carried out by the website system; backup copies and infrastructure logs follow the provider’s cycles and the controller’s instructions. A dispute or specific obligation may require additional limited retention. You can ask which retention criteria apply to your data.

8. Your rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you can request access and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest; where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Some data may need to be retained for legal obligations or the protection of rights.

Send your request using the contact details above. Only information needed to verify your identity may be requested. A response is normally provided within one month, subject to any extensions and notices under Article 12 GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority.

9. Cookies and updates

See thecookies and technologies notice for technical functions. This page is updated when website features or the processing described change.
