A night at the Sferisterio.
POOH brought “La nostra storia · Estate 2026” to the unique setting of Macerata’s Sferisterio, transforming the arena into a spectacular production of music, light and images.
Stage Vision Group’s task was to create video coverage that captured the scale of the venue while staying close to the musicians and the details of their performance.

Seven cameras. One production.
3 Sony FX6 cameras with long lenses to cover the stage with close-ups, medium close-ups and detail shots without intruding on the performance space.
3 PTZ cameras dedicated to the pianists and drummer, positioned to keep shots of the musicians ready even during the fastest camera changes.
1 front-facing Panasonic UE150 providing additional detail shots, medium shots and safety angles during camera changes.

The rhythm of the images.
The video direction was designed to follow the music without overwhelming it: clean cuts, a balance of wide shots and details, and attention to the musicians and the connection between stage and audience.
The long-lens cameras brought depth and precision to close-ups, while the PTZ cameras maintained continuous coverage of the instrumental positions. The front-facing UE150 completed the setup with a versatile angle that was always ready.
